Cancellation Policy
PAYMENT
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service. If you change your booked service, a new deposit is required. Deposits are non-transferable between services.
TRAVEL FEE
Travel services begin at $60 and are subject to increase based on mileage. All travel fees must be confirmed and paid in advance to secure your appointment.
LATE POLICY
Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; after that, a $20 late fee applies. Appointments over 20 minutes late may be canceled or restricted from booking future appointments.
CANCELLATION
A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a mandatory charge of 50% of the scheduled service. No-call/no-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee and may be restricted from booking future appointments. Only one reschedule is allowed, after that you can reschedule with a new deposit
HAIR CARE
Maintenance instructions will be provided before you leave. Please wrap and properly care for your hair. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours. No refunds will be issued after this time or due to improper maintenance.
