Cancellation Policy
Payment
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service.
TRAVEL FEE
Travel services begin at $60 and are subject to increase based on mileage. All travel fees must be confirmed and paid in advance to secure your appointment.
LATE POLICY
Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; after that, a $20 late fee applies. Appointments over 20 minutes late may be canceled.
CANCELLATION
A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a mandatory charge of 50% of the scheduled service. No-call/no-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee and may be restricted from booking future appointments.
